Happy FriedTurkey Day!

Yup, we fried our turkey this year. Bought a fryer at the local Target (it had everything we needed including the oil). I was a little apprehensive about frying the turkey because I was afraid I would burn the house down. Well, the house didn't burn down. The turkey turned out really tasty! It cooked in less than an hour but the oil took about an hour to heat up because it was sooo windy that day.
