Ready for Potty Training?

Sheila and I can usually tell when Lauren is "going". Lauren will pause in her tracks, lean slightly to one direction, and have a look of concentration on her face. After a minute she'll go back to the activity she was doing prior to "going" as if nothing happened. One time we didn't change her right away because she wanted to slide down her toy slide. She would climb up to the top of the slide and slide tummy side down to avoid smooshing her poop. She did this twice before I told her we needed to change her diaper. So I bring out her changing pad and spread it across the floor and immediately she lies down on it without me asking her to!
